How soon will my account be set up and ready to use?

Your account will be setup in 12 hours max. once your order is submited. You will receive automated email with your account information, IP address, user name and password to publish your site. You can then start uploading your site.

Is my access to my site 24 hours a day?

Yes. You will have access to your account 24 hours a day.

Which type of domain does YouStopNet support?

YouStopNet support all kind of domains like: .com, .net, .org, .us, .co.uk, .cc, .tv, .ws, .nl, .de, .ru, and etc.

Can YouStopNet help me transfer my domain name?

Yes, you can trasfer your domain to our nameservers for free.

Does YouStopNet allow adult, warez or other illicit sites or content?
We accept legal adult content but we don't accept illegal activities such as warez, etc. Please see our terms and conditions page for permissible and impermissible content.

What if I already have a registered Domain name?

You have to change the DNS Servers so that your site can be activated on our servers.  It usually takes 24 - 72 hours for your site to resolve to our servers.  We will email the server names when you sign up for an account.

How do I place an order?

To order an account, simply visit our order page.

What are your Network Connections?

Our network consists of redundant OC-12 network and 75 diverse Backbone Providers connections to provide a high-availability platform for all business needs. See our network page for more information.

Where are your servers located?
Our Network Operations is managed out of Parsippany, New Jersey . There they are monitored 24x7x365, in a data center environment that provides security, backup power, and direct access to 75 internet backbones. See our web hosting page for more information.

What method of payment can I use?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover via PayPal.

Prices are quoted in what currency?
All prices are quoted in US Dollar (US$).
Does YouStopNet accepts PayPal?
Yes, we accept PayPal Orders.
How am I billed monthly?
If you will order today one of the monthly plans, then the next billing cycle will be on the next month's the same date and we'll send you an invoice at the end of the date.

What happens after I order an account?

We will set up your account often within minutes of receiving your order. Maximum 12 hours

Can I resell my account space?

No you can't. It is a violation of the terms of service to resell space.

Can I use CGI scripts?

Yes, you will have your own CGI-BIN where you can install your own scripts.

Do you host international clients?

Yes, we host all domain names and welcome clients from any country in the world.

Do you restore my site should I need a backup?

Backups are the responsibility of the client. We provide personal backup and restore features in your control panel, and it is always good to have a backup of your web site anyway. In the event that a server hard drive crashed, which has never happened, we cannot guarantee that we would be able to restore all your data (no web host can), and it is best that you have a backup just in case.

What is your average response time to a client's request?
Requests are replied to as quickly as possible. Normal turnaround time on a ticket is 30 minutes up to 90 minutes depending on the process volume. However, all support requests will be resolved in a 12 hour period.
